Depending on the amount of time we have for testing will determine the amount of compensation received, but this will all be discussed if/when you are selected as a tester. Please note that this is a paid participation, and not an employment relationship in any capacity.

You don't have to consider yourself a gamer! We look for a wide variety of gaming experience. Sign up even if there's just one game you know very well.

At the moment, we are only taking applicants from North America. 

• If you're located within a 1-hour commute of Vancouver, Canada, a test can involve you coming into the studio in-person and playing through a game before giving your feedback.
• If you're located in North America (Outside Vancouver), you may be eligible for at-home testing opportunities.

Fill out the form above and then check your inbox for the Gaming Habits Questionnaire to add more details to your profile. You can expect further email communications from us about upcoming studies, as we regularly send out calls for participants (especially those in Vancouver).

After you have sent in the form above, you'll:

• Receive an email confirming your submission as well as a link to the Gaming Habits Questionnaire
• Receive an email about your availability 1-2 weeks before an upcoming study
• Have a call to confirm your gaming habits and history before confirming the test date and time, if eligible
• Take part in the study either by coming to our downtown Vancouver office or testing from your home

This is not a full-time or part-time employment opportunity. Each study is paid out individually; eligibility for a study is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All information given will only be utilized for Sprung Studios game testing purposes in accordance to our Privacy Policy. Sprung Studios shall always follow the guidelines set by the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) regarding the information we receive from signees. You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time, or contact us directly with any questions or concerns in regards to your personal information.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide referrals or references to participants–as Game Testing is a paid participation experience and not an employment and/or professional endeavour, in any capacity.

You are welcome to tell people that you've been a tester at Sprung Studios and, if you had a good experience, we would be quite happy to hear that you've referred a friend to sign up.

However, since you'll likely be play testing games or features that are in development, you can expect to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement when you participate in any testing. We appreciate your confidentiality and discretion with regards to the contents of your play session.
